How do I register my products for warranty?
Your Tiri pro tool is covered for Life! Simply fill out and submit the warranty registration form within 90 days of purchase. Once you send it, you can rest assured your product is covered to be replaced due to any factory defect.
Do you take returns?
Purchases from our website: We accept returns of orders within 30 days of order placement. After 30 days, please contact us for a replacement in case your product presents any factory defect.
Purchases from any third-party: We do not accept returns from any third-party purchases, for this case please reach out to the selling party you purchased from. If your product presents any factory defect, we'll gladly replace it for you under one year warranty!
How can I contact customer support?

Do you ship internationally?
We are constantly expanding the reach of our shipping capabilities. If your location is not an option in our system yet, feel free to contact us at orders@fashionfoundry.com in order to arrange your shipment.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within the US territory takes between 2 to 7 business days (depending on the address). International shipping could take 7+ days (depending on the country).
All of our orders are processed the same day they are received or the next morning, at the latest.
Where are your products made?
We have our own high-quality factories in China, where our products are made under Quality Control regulations, tested, and then shipped to the US for distribution.
